Terms of Sale
The action of placing an order means that you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders placed are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order price.
To contract with Mama’s Choice, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a recognised bank. We use Adyen as our payment platform, which accepts several payment methods, such as but not limited to: Visa and Mastercard. We regret to inform you that we do not accept other payment methods at this time, though we have endeavoured to encompass all of the widely used payment systems. Mama’s Choice reserves the right to refuse any request made by you for any reason. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the bank account and/or the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Product(s).
1. Acknowledgement When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email is an acknowledgement which does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
2. Pricing and Stock Availability
Errors may occur despite our best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate. If we discover an error in the price of any Product which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will automatically cancel the order to protect your interests. If you decide to cancel your purchase, but have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Prices listed on our products page are inclusive of GST. Unless stated otherwise in a promotion, delivery charges will be applicable and clearly stated at the checkout.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure all products are up-to-date to provide you the best user experience possible, the Website may contain typographical errors or other inaccuracies. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. 3. Payment Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card through our payment platform Adyen. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will only be debited once the order has been accepted and shipped.
4. Order Confirmation and Official Invoice Upon confirmation of your order, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address provided, which will include the purchase price of the Product(s) inclusive of GST. Mama’s Choice will provide a hardcopy of the official tax invoice and include it in the same package containing the purchased Product(s). Tracking will not be provided by Mama’s Choice, however it may be provided by a third-party courier if you have chosen to have your package delivered via registered mail. We endeavour to deliver our packages in a timely manner, and will do our best to respond to inquiries on the status of your shipping package through our customer service channels.
Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Mama’s Choice will accept product returns for the following reasons:
- Product was received damaged
- Product does not work due to a defect. This excludes damage which has occurred due to natural disasters and/or negligence of third parties, such as but not limited to couriers and package recipients. You are required to provide proof of product damage, and we will conduct a quick investigation before deciding upon the outcome.
- The product does not match the specifications of what was ordered. Please provide us with your order confirmation and receipt when making a claim.
- Product has expired. If we have accidentally shipped you an expired product, it may have lost its efficacy and we strongly advise you to return it to us, so that we can provide you with a more effective replacement
Products may be returned within 14 working days from the date of placing the order
Should you still be unsatisfied with our products, we will consider refunds on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to do so at our discretion.
Force Majeure Force Majeure refers to events occurring which are beyond our reasonable control, such as but not limited to: war; natural disaster; electricity grid outages; curfews, and lockdowns.
